This sounds like a 'hot key' problem that applies to Acer and Dell (and possibly other makes) laptops. Try the key sequence :
Ctrl - Alt - Up Arrow To do this hold down the Ctrl and Alt keys and press Up Arrow. Your screen should return to the correct way up. If not let us know which make and model of laptop you are using so we can investigate further. For further information these hot-key sequences also change screen orientation on the above laptops: Ctrl - Alt - Left Arrow --- Rotates screen 270 degrees Ctrl - Alt - Down Arrow --- Rotates scree 180 degrees Ctrl - Alt - Right Arrow --- Rotates screen 90[degrees |

Help!!
My daughter was using the family laptop and in a fit of frustration banged both hands down onthe keyboard. The screen is now upside down and I've no idea how to get it back the right way up. |

The discussion boards in this forum are NOT a substitute for our personal customer support. We, at Ondev, are more than happy for customers to contact us directly with questions and problems.
We know from supporting our other products that we will be asked the same question many times. If you like using forums please post your questions on the appropriate board. That way we can build a knowledge base of real questions and answers that others can search. You don't have to limit yourself to asking questions either. If you know the answer or have something constuctive to say about a posting then add your own reply. |
